As the saying goes “ the more things change, the more they stay the same”: No matter who is in power, the Palestinians have always been a useful tool to exploit on both sides - sadly, no one actually gives a damn about them.
Nevertheless, let’s hope these crucial elections at least bring change in Israel 🙏🙏
This billboard is disastrous for NY’s Jews. It pumps up Mamdani—turning him into an international figure, the beloved symbol of the delegitimization campaign. And even give Islamist elements further permission for violence against all Jews. What was Bibi’s brain trust thinking?
I don't understand people who think like you do. The real reason Netanyahu is hated is because he understands the International arena and has accomplished a great deal for Israel. He is an effective leader, notwithstanding the bottomless well of anti-Israel propaganda dollars that have washed over the planet
It's the same reason Trump is hated by the same people.
The red-green alliance is sputtering. Some haven't gotten the message yet. As governments turn right, they will be left nowhere.
Is the Netanyahu government extremist?
Try comparing it to the Palestinians and those who support them.
October 7 proved to the many soft minded Israelis what other others knew all along. Palestinian fanatics who teach their children to die while killing others are not partners for peace.
The problem with measuring your own side’s extremism by asking whether the other side is worse is that you can always find someone worse. Hamas’s fanaticism doesn’t make Ben-Gvir a moderate any more than Ben-Gvir’s extremism makes Hamas moderate. A serious politics has to be capable of judging its own side by its own standards.
He's got Bibi derangement syndrome. Everything leads back to him for people like Kowaz including the stochastic terrorist mayor of NYC's signals to the deranged that attacking Jews is ok.What Mamdani and his supporters want is a weak and pliable Israeli leader from which to extract strategic territory until the time is ripe for Oct. 7th 2.0.
That's what all the enemies of Israel like Mamdani want, but they know how to couch it in language that sounds reasonable to the liberal mind.
Bottom line, they want to do anything it takes to stop the people from supporting the leaders who protect them. That's why they demonize these leaders and offer instead the "reasonable" policies that will end in their nation's demise. Israel does not have the luxury of indulging in these fantasies.
By the time the Jews who attack Netanyahu realize they were wrong, it will be too late. Thankfully, a clear majority of Israelis know better.
I guess we'll see in a few months if you are right. Meanwhile I'm waiting for liberal Jews around the world to figure out the old poker adage that "if you can't figure out who the sucker is at the table, its you".
Driving in Israel really isn’t that bad. Driving in NYC area is much worse.
Luckily, I didn't own a car when I lived in the city. Driving (and parking) in Tel Aviv is a nightmare.
The first is in a hospital’s parking lot!!!
Outside of Tel Aviv too. And parking don't get me started. Israel's budget would double if fines were issued for improper parking.
I've driven all over the US including NYC, and Israel driving is beyond stressful.
You are one thousand percent correct.

They won't,no matter whose elected the ethnic cleansing will continue and the colonisation of the west bank and Gaza will continue

I want to see Netanyahu win and win big.
